We are authorized by the sponsor of your getaway to advertise and market their package, communicate with you about their offer, assist you with your reservation request, process your reservations, send you a confirmation and provide customer service in advance of your arrival.

Our office is officially open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time Zone, USA. Many times there are representatives in the office until 8:00 PM weekdays as well as on the weekends. Normally, you will be answered by a live operator. If you get our autoattendant, please explore answers available or leave a message in our main greeting message center.

First, fill in the travel request form on the "Reservations" page for your offer. Please read through the Terms and Conditions or Details of Participation. If you meet the conditions of the offer, please hit the submit button at the bottom of the page. You will get a response notifying you that we received your request. For immediate service, you can call us at that time. Otherwise, we will call you within 24 hours, usually sooner. Please make sure that you can be reached at the email address and phone number(s) you provided.

You are welcome to call us after you submit your request for a getaway and we will happily answer any questions. If you call us before you submit your request, we will ask you to please submit your request first. There is no obligation. It only takes seconds to register and we can begin to assist you immediately.

NO. We are 100% permission based marketers and are 100% spam free. But, that does not mean we will never send you an email. We will respond to your travel request by email to let you know that we received it and that we will call you soon to answer your questions and assist with your reservations. We do send transactional email to you specifically about your interest, but never spam. Your confirmation letter will be sent by email. Newsletter subscribers will get periodical emails about new resort opportunities. We honor unsubscribe and direct Do Not Call requests if you change your mind about allowing us to communicate with you.

Will you give, loan, rent or sell our name and email address to anyone?

Our privacy policy states that we will not give, loan, rent or sell your private information to anyone without your permission for any purpose except to complete your reservation. On requesting a reservation, we do submit your request to your resort sponsor so they can process your request and confirm your preview vacation.

Your package sponsor issues Details of Participation or Terms and Conditions to inform the public of the requirements and qualifications to receive these promotional offers and to make required disclosures. Many states have restrictions about who can market to citizens of their state. These are disclosed in the Terms and Conditions, along with minimum income and other requirements. All offers disclose these sponsor issued qualifications. You will also find details about the travel package, lodging, pricing, bonuses and any restrictions on redemption, any applicable taxes or fees, privacy and other required disclosures in the terms and conditions. Since our clients sponsors are selling resort products, they prefer to offer discounts and bonuses to their target market as an advertising method, and chose to spend those advertising dollars on guests that have the ability to purchase with them if they like the product and want to do so. There is never an obligation or requirement to purchase to receive the sponsor's promotional offer.

Most of our sponsors require that you meet the terms and conditions of the offer and attend a sales presentation to receive the promotional pacakge rate and extra benefits. You can see the requirements in the Terms and Conditions or Details of Participation.

Typical presentations are 90 minutes to 2 hours, based on your interest. If you are interested, you representative is authorized to answer all your questions.

There is no obligation to purchase anything while on your getaway, although many of our guest do become owners or members on their visit.

No. All our promotional travel sponsors require married, cohabitating and engaged couples to arrive and participate together.

This package is designed for "Couples Only", although Welk Resorts will allow families including up to two (2) children OVER twelve (12) years of age. Kids are not allowed on the presentation and there are no facilities for child care during the presentation. "Couples Only" getaways are designed for couples only and there are no facilities for children.

You are charged for the package directly by the sponsor, Welk Resorts, the developer of Sirena Del Mar Resort. We assist with the transaction.

You will need a credit card accepted by the sponsor. Debit cards are not accepted.

No, we never transmit your private credit card data over the internet by email or on a web server.

To date, we have never had an unauthorized disclosure of any guest private information. The only authorized use is to assist in the completion of your reservation request in order to confirm your travel.

No. As soon as your confirmation is issued by your travel sponsor, our system deletes your credit card number. It is overwritten in our files and cannot be recovered. We do maintain a record of which type of card you used and the expiration date only.

No. All of our packages state exactly what is included. Any additional purchases you make are up to you and are entirely your responsibility.

Airport Transfers are your transportation from Airport to the sponsor resort and/or your preferred partner hotel. The Branson Package does NOT included Airport Transfers.

Each resort has a different policy on reschedules and cancellations. You can find their policy in the terms and conditions of your offer on the web site and your confirmation letter. Every state has different rules about refunds, and how long after your purchase you are eligible for a refund. Our clients honor those rules. Once that period of time has expired, your package is valid for the dates you booked, or for up to a full year from the date you initially made your reservations, based on the specific rules for that offer. In order to preserve your rights to reschedule, you must follow the directions in terms and conditions.

Yes, there may be fees to change your reservations. These fees are based on when you cancel your existing reservation. Please see the Reschedule Policy in the Details of Participation for any fees for rescheduling.

This Cabo Promotional Getaway is for one couple per arrival party only. It is not a group or multiple couple offer as stated in the Terms and Conditions. It doesn't matter that you submit the forms separately or arrive separately. If you are planning to be there at the same time, you are a group. Groups are not eleigible. You and your family and friends are able to accept these offers for times that do not overlap. Please be aware that both you and your friends or family who attempt to circumvent this provision, where applicable, will be subject to paying full the retail rack rate for your package if you plan your promotional getaways for the same or overlapping times. Once you are a member, you may bring guests up to the occupancy of their vacation home.

No. This Cabo package does NOT include airfare. It does include Airport Transfers on the day your arrive to the resort.

A combined Hotel Tax and Resort Fee of approximately $14 per night for the Deluxe One Bedroom Suite is charged to you and collected at the Sirena Del Mar during your stay. You pay for it at the resort and not at the time you purchase your package.

No. Gratuities are not included. Just because the package is discounted, please do not assume that gratuities are included or should be discounted. We expect all of our guests to treat resort workers with common respect and to tip where it is usual and customary.
