Eligibility: To be eligible for this Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos Vacation Special, you must be a US resident, married or cohabitating couple, between 30 and 72 years of age and have a minimum annual household income of at least $50,000 USD. Both parties in the couple must reside at the same address and be present to be eligible. A no-obligation sales presentation on timesharing with Fiesta Americana Vacation Club lasting approximately ninety minutes to two hours is required to receive this package offer. This offer is not valid in connection or combination with any other promotional offer and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations are accepted on a space available basis for two adults and up to two children up to 12 years of age per arrival party only. Families with older children are subject to a surcharge. A written reservation confirmation is required prior to check-in. One offer allowed per arrival party. No groups or affiliated parties from multiple housholds accepted. Income verification may be requested. At check-in, you must present a major credit card (debit card not accepted at check-in) and personal identification such as a driver's license, passport or other photo identification verifying all parties live at the same residence. If upon arrival, you do not meet the eligibility requirements, an additional amount equal to the difference between the current seasonal rack rate and the amount paid for this package will be charged to your credit or debit card used for the purchase. Vacation Package: This Promotional Package Offer includes a minimum or Four Days and Three Nights of Lodging in a standard "Hotel" or "Villas" room at the Fiesta American Grand Los Cabos Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Package Price varies based on selected lodging at either the Fiesta American Grand Los Cabos Resort "Villas" or the Fiesta American Grand Los Cabos Resort "Hotel". All rooms in both the Villas and the Hotel are beachfront oceanview and have a patio or balcony. Hotel Tower and Villas Tower are immediately adjacent to each other. Guests at the Villas have access to the amenties of the pools, restaurants and common areas at the Hotel. Accommodations may have either two double or one king bed. Non-promotional, seasonal rack rates for these accommodations varies from $175 to $390 per night. Promotional Package Rates may be changed without prior notice. All confirmations are based on availability. Once purchased and confirmed, package accommodations, benefits and promotional price are guaranteed. Sorry, XMAS-New Year's Holiday period are not available. Retail Value of Base Promotional Package is between $895 USD to $2204 USD plus tax based on season.

Included: Package includes Airport Shuttle for Two from the San Jose Del Cabo International Airport on Day of Arrival only. Hotel Taxes of 22% are not included and are paid at time of confirmation. Purchase must be made with a major credit or debit card. Families with children over twelve years of age may receive a one bedroom studio unit for up to four at the Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos Villas only, based on availability with an added surcharge of $100 for the base package and additional $55 per additional night, plus tax. Package does NOT include hotel tax, airfare, transportation, gratuities, meals, amenities, spa services, incidental expenses or benefits not specifically included.

Processing Your Request - Lodging Confirmation:
All requests for lodging confirmation under this offer must be accompanied by your acknowledgement that you meet the terms and conditions of this offer both on your request form and verbally with one of our representatives. Your travel reservation request must be accompanied by payment on a major credit or debit card. Your card will only be charged by Fiesta Americana Vacation Club at the time acceptable lodging and dates can be confirmed. Upon processing your request, a confirmation will be issued via email detailing your lodging, dates and times of check-in and check-out and the activity premium you selected. Confirmation normally takes approximately 24 hours. We provide customer service to you in advance of your arrival as well as a copy of these Details of Participation in your confirmation. We are here to be of service to you.

Airport Shuttle Service: Airport Shuttle Service: Package includes transfers by a Fiesta Americana Vacation Club designated shuttle service from the San Jose Del Cabo International Airport for two adults on day of arrival. Gratuities are not included. Return transportation is the responsibility of the guest. Retail Value is up to $75.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations: Due to the significant discounts available with this package, sales are non-cancelable, non-refundable, although changes may be made subject to the following conditions: Package purchase is valid for one year from the date of purchase in a comparably priced time period. Package price will be applied to rescheduled package time period rates. Changes to arrival dates may be made up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival accompanied with a $100 USD reschedule fee. Changes to arrival dates may be made between eight (8) and twenty-nine (29) days in advance with a $200 USD reschedule fee. Changes made within one week (7 days) of arrival forfeit full package price.

By submitting a travel request form via the internet, you authorize Resort Opportunities(tm) to contact you regarding this promotional travel offer, provide assistance regarding your interestin the package and take your reservations. You grant permission to be contacted by email, telephone and regular mail. On submitting your request a representative will contact you.
