Eligibility: To be eligible for this Couples Only Cabo Vacation Special, you must be US residents between 30 and 65 years of age (both spouse and partner) and have a minimum annual household income of at least $65,000. Both parties in the couple must be present to be eligible and reside at the same address. A no-obligation sales presentation on Fractional Ownership with Montecristo Estates by Pueblo Bonito lasting approximately ninety minutes to two hours is required to receive this package offer.This offer is not valid in connection or combination with any other promotional offer and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations are accepted on a space available basis for two adults per arrival party only. Alternate offers for families may be available upon request. A confirmed written reservation is required prior to check-in. One offer allowed per arrival party. Income verification may be requested. At check-in, you must present a major credit card and personal identification such as a driver's license, passport or other photo identification verifying all parties live at the same residence.

Vacation Package: This Package for Couples Includes Eight Days and Seven Nights of Lodging at the Pacifica Holistic Retreat & Spa in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in a luxury ocean view hotel room. Airport Shuttle for Two from the San Jose Del Cabo International Airport upon arrival, Daily Parking with Valet Service, 25% Spa Discounts, and applicable Hotel Taxes are included. Hotel room may have either two double or one king bed. Pacifica is a Non-Smoking resort, and smoking accommodations are not available. Purchase must be made with a major credit card. Package does not include airfare, transportation, taxes, gratuities, meals, amenities, spa services, incidental expenses or benefits not specifically included. Retail Value of Total Vacation is between $1440 USD to $2204 USD plus tax based on season. Seasonal Rack rate for these accommodations is $205 to $320 per night. Additional nights may be added at seasonal rack rate plus hotel tax based on availability.

Current Package Prices: This is an advance purchase package. 2009 Pricing: Arrivals thru November 18th are $299; Arrivals on November 19th - December 17th are $599; December 18th through January 2nd, 2009 are $999; 2010 Pricing: Arrivals from January 3rd to March 22nd are $599; Arrivals from March 23rd through April 8th are $999. Arrivals from April 9th through April 24th are $599. Arrivals from April 25th through November 18th are $299.. Prices and benefits are subject to change without prior notice. Once purchased and confirmed, package benefits and price are guaranteed. If upon arrival, you do not meet the eligibility requirements above, an additional amount equal to the difference between the current seasonal rack rate and the amount paid for this package will be charged to your credit card.

Processing Your Request - Lodging Confirmation:
All requests for lodging confirmation under this offer must be accompanied by your acknowledgement that you meet the terms and conditions of this offer both on your request form and verbally with one of our representatives. Your request must be accompanied by a major credit card. Your card will only be charged by Pueblo Bonito Pacifica at the time acceptable lodging and dates can be confirmed. Upon processing your request, a confirmation will be issued via email detailing your lodging, dates and times of check-in and check-out and the activity premium you are to receive. Confirmation normally takes approximately 24 hours. We provide customer service to you in advance of your arrival as well as a copy of these Details of Participation in your confirmation. We are here to be of service to you.

Airport Shuttle Service: Package includes transfers by a Pueblo Bonito designated shuttle service from the San Jose Del Cabo International Airport for two on day of arrival. Gratuities are not included. Retail Value is up to $75.

Daily Parking and Valet: Package includes Daily Parking and Auto Valet Service for those driving or renting cars during their vacation package at the Pacifica Retreat and Pueblo Bonito Resort in designated parking areas. Car rental and gratuities are not included.

Spa Discounts: Includes a 25% Discount on guests choice of spa treatments and massage at the Armonia Holistic Spa at the Pacifica Holistic Retreat & Spa. Retail value depends on use. Gratuities are not included.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations: Due to the significant discounts available with this package, sales are non-cancelable, non-refundable, although changes may be made subject to the following conditions: Package purchase is valid for one year from the date of purchase in a comparably priced time period. Changes to arrival dates may be made up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival accompanied with a $100 USD reschedule fee. Changes to arrival dates may be made between eight (8) and twenty-nine (29) days in advance with a $200 USD reschedule fee. Changes made within one week (7 days) of arrival forfeit full package price.
