Eligibility: To be eligible for this Fiesta Americana Vacation Club Cancun Special, you must be a US resident, married or cohabitating couple or single female individual (with or without an adult guest), between 30 and 65 years of age and have a minimum annual household income of at least $50,000 USD. Both parties in any couple must reside at the same address and be present to be eligible. This offer is not valid in connection or combination with any other promotional offer and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Reservations are accepted on a space available basis for two adults and up to two children up to 12 years of age per arrival party only. Families with older children are subject to a surcharge. A written reservation confirmation is required prior to check-in. One offer allowed per arrival party. No groups or affiliated parties from multiple households accepted. Income verification may be required. At check-in, you must present a major credit card (debit card not accepted at check-in) and personal identification such as a driver's license, passport or other photo identification verifying all parties live at the same residence. All guests must be fluent in either English or Spanish or provide an interpreter at the guest's expense. If upon arrival, you do not meet the eligibility requirements, an additional amount equal to the difference between the current seasonal rack rate and the amount paid for this package will be charged to your credit or debit card used for the purchase. By accepting this offer you agree to abide by these conditions. Retail Value of Total Vacation is between $895 USD to $2204 USD plus tax based on season. Seasonal Rack rate for these accommodations is $175 to $540 per night.
Sales Presentation: A no-obligation sales presentation on timesharing with Fiesta Americana Vacation Club lasting approximately ninety minutes to two hours, based on interest, is required to receive this package offer.
Vacation Package: This package includes a minimum or Four Days and Three Nights of Lodging in a Studio or hotel room at the Fiesta American Villas in Cancun, Mexico. Airport Shuttle for Two from the Cancun International Airport upon arrival and applicable Hotel Taxes are included. Hotel room or studio has two double beds. Purchase must be made with a major credit or debit card. A reservation fee of $11 is added at time of confirmation. Families with children over twelve years of age may be eligible for an upgrade to larger accommodations at a higher price. Package does not include airfare, transportation, taxes, gratuities, meals, amenities, spa services, incidental expenses or benefits not specifically included. Your selection of Bonus Premium is included. Once purchased and confirmed, package benefits and price are guaranteed. Alternate Lodging: The base package may be booked at Fiesta Americana Condessa Cancun at $370 or the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Cancun for $490, based on availability. Additional Nights: Up to three additional nights may reserved for as low as $110 each at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancun, $120 each at Fiesta Americana Condessa Cancun or $160 each for Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Cancun, based on availability. High Season: April 1st-14th and December 15th-30th Arrivals: Holiday periods and peak winter times are at higher rates. Upgrades to High Season arrival may be made for an additional $370 per package.
Bonus Premiums: Qualified participants receive the Choice of One of the Following Bonus Premiums: a) One 50 Minute Massage for Two; b) Dinner for Two at either Rosato, Le Basilic or La Joya restaurants located at either the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Cancun or the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. Dinner for Two has no restrictions on the plate, one plate per course. Beverages, Taxes and Gratuities are not included. Premium is given at the completion of the timeshare presentation.
Processing Your Request - Lodging Confirmation: All requests for lodging confirmation under this offer must be accompanied by your acknowledgement that you meet the terms and conditions of this offer both on your request form and verbally with one of our representatives. Your travel reservation request must be accompanied by payment on a major credit or debit card. Your card will only be charged by Fiesta Americana Vacation Club at the time acceptable lodging and dates can be confirmed. Upon processing your request, a confirmation will be issued via email detailing your lodging, dates and times of check-in and check-out and the activity premium you selected. Confirmation normally takes approximately 24-48 hours. We provide customer service to you in advance of your arrival as well as a copy of these Details of Participation in your confirmation. Airport Shuttle Service: Package includes one way transfers by a Fiesta Americana Vacation Club designated shuttle service from the Cancun International Airport for two adults on day of arrival. Gratuities are not included. Return transportation is the responsibility of the guest. Retail Value is up to $75.
Reservations, Changes and Cancellations: A reservation fee of $11 is added at time of confirmation. Due to the significant discounts available with this package, sales are non-cancelable, non-refundable, although changes may be made subject to the following conditions: Package purchase is valid for one year from the date of purchase in a comparably priced time period. Pre-paid package price will be applied to rescheduled time period package rates. Changes to arrival dates may be made up to fifteen (15) days in advance of arrival with a reschedule fee between $25 and $100 based on date of reschedule request. Changes made within two weeks (14 days) of arrival forfeit the full package price and cannot be rescheduled.
Ineligible: Students, Travel Agents, employees of Fiesta Americana, persons who have previously participated in a promotional offer sponsored by Fiesta Americana Vacation Club Cancun, those not meeting the conditions of this offer, and those who are unemployed are ineligible with the exception of retired couples meeting all the other conditions of this offer.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. By submitting a travel request form via the internet, you authorize Resort Opportunities(tm) to contact you regarding this promotional travel offer, provide assistance regarding your interestin the package and take your reservations. You grant permission to be contacted by email, telephone and regular mail. On submitting your request a representative will contact you. The information you provide is used to assist in travel planning. Your information is not given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party for any other purpose without your permission. This information includes all travel request form fields, the url of the page referring you to the offer and other data used to track the site that referred you to the offer. At the time you request reservations for specific travel dates, your travel information is provided to Fiesta Americana Vacation Club to complete this reservation. Release of Travel Liability: By accepting this offer, guests agree to bear all responsibility for travel to and from Cancun, Mexico and release Resort Opportunities(tm) and Fiesta Americana Vacation Club from any and all claims, now and in the future resulting from travel to Mexico before, during and after this getaway vacation. Guest has the right to cancel this reservation within three (3) days of the date of purchase above for a full refund if they do not agree to this release. Failure to exercise the right to cancel the reservation based on this release of liability within three days (3) is demonstration of guest's acceptance the terms of this release.
