Eligibility: Celebration World Resort (CWR) invites all inquires. Anyone may purchase a timeshare. This promotional offer is exclusively designed for people at least 25 years of age as a couple or at least 30 years of age as a single. To be eligible for this special offer, you must be have an annual household income in excess of $40,000 US per year. Verification may be required. If married or cohabitating, both partners must attend. Photo identification with matching addresses and a major credit card are required. This special offer is not available for guests from two or more separate households traveling together. Not transferable. Not valid in combination with any other offer.

Presentation: Attendance at a resort preview tour and sales presentation about timesharing with Celebration World Resort lasting approximately 90-120 minutes is required. There is no obligation to purchase. If married or cohabitating, both partners must attend. Upon completion of the presentation, guests receive the theme park passes selected. Failure to attend a preview tour and sales presentation or to meet these terms and conditions will result in participants being charged the applicable season rack rate for this package and participants will not receive park passes. Complimentary childcare is provided during the presentation.

Vacation Package: This package includes a minimum or Four Days and Three Nights of Lodging in a One Bedroom Suite at the Celebration World Resort in Kissimmee, Florida and Two Adult Single Day Passes to your choice of Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal® Orlando or SeaWorld® Adventure Park. Park Passes are issued at the completion of the required CWR sales presentation. Package price is $179 plus local hotel tax of 13%. Value of the passes varies based on selection and use. Additional nights are $80 plus tax each, up to a maximum of 7 nights, upon availability. Upgrades to a two bedroom condominium are $150 for the 4 Day 3 Night Package and $129 per night plus tax, upon availability. Celebration World Resort requires a major credit card and photo identification at check-in. On arrival, guest authorizes Celebration World Resort to charge the credit card for hotel taxes and any guest requested incidental expenses upon check-out. Security Deposit: Guest is responsible for their accommodations during their stay and guest authorizes a hold on their credit card for a fully refundable security deposit of $50 per night of lodging. The hold is not a charge. The security deposit authorization is released upon check out and no charge is made unless there is damage to the guest's unit.

Theme Park Passes: Guests receive Two Adult Single Day Passes to your choice of Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal® Orlando or SeaWorld® Adventure Park at the completion of the sales presentation. Value of the passes varies based on selection. Passes expire within 8 days of receipt.

Not Included: Transportation, meals, tickets (unless otherwise specified), taxes, tips, telephone charges or other items of a personal nature are not included.

Language: All communications to receive this package are in English. Upon arrival, guests must be fluent in either English or Spanish or provide an interpreter at the guest's expense.

Processing Your Request - Lodging Confirmation: All requests for lodging confirmation under this offer must be accompanied by your acknowledgement that you meet the terms and conditions of this offer both on your request form and verbally with one of our representatives. Your request for confirmation must be accompanied by a major credit card. Your card will only be charged by Celebration World Resort at the time acceptable lodging can be confirmed. Upon processing your request, a confirmation will be issued via email detailing your lodging, dates and times of check-in and check-out; the date, time and location of your promotional tour and the gift you are to receive. Your confirmation letter includes a link for directions from your point of departure directly to the resort. Resort Opportunities(tm) provides customer service to you in advance of your arrival as well as a copy of these Details of Participation in your confirmation. We are here to be of service to you.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: This is an advance purchase package and is refundable for three to seven days after your purchase based on your state of residence. Once the cancellation period has expired, this package is non-refundable although your arrival may be rescheduled with a minimum of seven days advance notice prior to arrival with with payment of a $25 cancellation/reschedule fee. This promotional package is valid for up to one full year. Failure to appear on the scheduled check-in date is an immediate forfeiture of a minimum of one night of your Orlando vacation. Requests for changes must be submitted BOTH by email to customerservice@resortopportunities.com AND by phone at (760)779-9960 during office hours. Any changes made three or less days prior to arrival result in forfeiture of entire package.

Ineligible: Students, travel agents, employees of CWR, groups from multiple households, persons who have previously participated in a promotional offer sponsored by CWR within the past twelve months, current owners with CWR, those not meeting the conditions of this offer and those who are unemployed are ineligible with the exception of retired couples meeting all the other conditions of this offer. One offer per arrival party only. Groups and guests from multiple households in an arrival party are not eligible, regardless of the number of requests submitted. Please be aware that both you and your friends or family who attempt to circumvent this provision will be subject to paying the full retail rack rate for your package if you plan your promotional getaways for overlapping times.

Release of Travel Liability: Guests agree to bear responsibility for travel to and from Celebration World Resort and to release Resort Opportunities(tm) from any and all claims, now and in the future resulting from travel to and from Celebration World Resort.

Privacy: We respect your privacy. By submitting a travel request form via the internet, you authorize Resort Opportunities(tm) to contact you regarding this promotional travel offer, provide assistance regarding your interest in the package and take your reservations. You grant permission to be contacted by email, telephone and regular mail. On submitting your request a representative will contact you by telephone. The information you provide is used to assist in travel planning. Your information is not given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party for any other purpose without your permission. This information includes all travel request form fields and the url of the page referring you to the offer. At the time you request reservations for specific travel dates, your travel information is provided to Celebration World Resort to complete this reservation. Celebration World Resort maintains a separate privacy policy. Your credit card information is not transferred by electronic mail or posted on any server. Upon confirmation of your lodging all specific credit card data is completely removed from Resort Opportunities(tm) systems although travel related information is maintained for customer service purposes. Resort Opportunities(tm) and/or Celebration World Resort may contact you after your vacation is complete to survey your vacation experience. Resort Opportunities(tm) will respond with your request to not be contacted further. This request may be made either by phone, email or regular mail. We respect your privacy. Disclosures: No timeshare purchase is necessary. In the event upon arrival and check-in you do not attend the full presentation, or do not meet the Celebration World Resort eligibility requirements stated here, the difference between the special package price and the full retail value plus taxes will be charged to your credit account. Retail value of the package is between $659 and $849 depending on season.

Residency: Celebration World Resort (CWR) has been qualified for sale in the States of Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia. English and Spanish speaking guests from other countries may request reservations.
