Attendance at a resort preview tour and sales presentation about First Cabin Club Timeshares is required. If married or cohabitating, both partners must attend. Failure to attend a preview tour and sales presentation or meet these terms and conditions will result in participants being charged the applicable season rack rate for this package and will not receive the choice of premium. First Cabin Club is currently registered for sales to residents of Arizona, California, Nevada and New Mexico. New states are being added, so submit your request form to determine eligibility. Drivers license or passport and a major credit card are required for check-in. Proof of income may be required. Promotional vacation purchase must be made using a major credit card. Adults in party must reside at same address. Cohabiting couples must provide documentation showing the same address in order to combine incomes for the purpose of qualifying for this offer. Complimentary childcare is provided during the presenation. Minor children of the family may not attend the presentation. Package Rate is valid yearround. One promotional offer per family or arrival vehicle. Not valid for groups arrivals and only two adults per arrival party and presentation. Upon completion of the presentation, guests receive a certificate for the activity premium selected. Transportation, meals, tickets, taxes, tips, telephone charges or other items of a personal nature are not included in this offer unless specifically stated. Accommodations: Guests receive a deluxe hotel room with either king or two queen beds at one of our Preferred Partner Hotels, including the Island Inn, Ramada Inn, Havasu Inn and the Hampton Inn in Lake Havasu City. All Preferred Hotels have additional amenities that vary based on property. Confirmation will include specific hotel. Hotel selection is based on availability and is made by the First Cabin Club. Sorry, advance requests for lodging location cannot be taken or honored. Due to demand, other comparable properties may be substituted with advance notification prior to reservation. Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: This is an advance purchase package valid for one year from the date of purchase and purchase price is not refundable. Once reservations are made, any change or revisions are subject to a $25 non-refundable fee. Reschedule requests within 7 days of arrival will forfeit package and package price. Only one reschedule allowed. Ineligible: The following persons are not eligible for this offer: Employees and their immediate family members of First Cabin Club and its affiliated companies, groups (two or more affiliated couples), previous participants in a First Cabin Club presentation within the past year and all First Cabin Club Owners.
