Eligibility Requirements:
No one is excluded from touring Crown Park Resort or purchasing a timeshare. To be eligible for this special offer, you (and spouse or partner, if married or cohabiting) must be US citizens with a minimum annual household income of at least $50,000 and be at least 26 years of age. Only couples having photo identification with identical addresses may combine incomes for the purpose meeting the income requirement. Singles and couples with separate addresses may use one individual's income only. Documentation may be required. Persons who have previously participated in a promotional offer at Crown Park Resort within the previous twelve months are ineligible.

Preview Tour: Attendance at a resort preview tour and sales presentation about Crown Park Resort is required. Typical presentation is between 90 minutes and two hours. If married or cohabitating, both partners must attend. Failure to attend a preview tour and sales presentation or meet these terms and conditions upon confirmation and arrival will result in participants being charged the applicable season rack rate for this package and participants will not receive the choice of premium. Complimentary childcare is provided during the presentation. Minor children of the family may not attend the presentation.

Residency: Due to unique state laws, this program is primarily designed for residents of the following states: Alabama, Connecticutt, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennyslvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming. The list of states is subject to change so please submit your request to determine current eligibility. Other state restrictions and conditions may apply.

Identification: You must present photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport plus a major credit card at time of arrival and tour.

Size of Party: One Offer per Arrival Party or Family. No groups of two or more couples or from more than one household arriving or making reservations together. Reservations with this package are accepted for two adults and up to two children.

Accommodations:
Room reservations are on a space available basis. Accommodations are provided by Crown Park Resort at one of our Preferred Partner Hotels in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Standard value of accommodations is $100.00 per night. Savings and accommodations may vary by season. Preferred Partner lodging includes the Glenstone Lodge, Edgewater Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Oak Square Condos, Park Vista, Bearskin Lodge, Mountain Shadows Cabins or Parkside Cabins in Gatlinburg, or the Park Grove Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites or Eagle Ridge Cabins in Pigeon Forge. Your lodging is assigned at the time of confirmation and is designated above. Holiday and special event periods may be subject to surcharge with notification and/or blackout. Crown Park Resort reserves the right to substitute accommodations at an alternate preferred partner hotel of equal or greater value. Sorry, no pets.

Processing Your Request - Lodging Confirmation:
An advance reservation is required. All requests for lodging confirmation under this offer must be accompanied by your acknowledgement that you meet the terms and conditions of this offer both on your request form and verbally with one of our representatives. Your confirmation request must be accompanied by a major credit card. Your card will only be charged by Crown Park Resort at the time acceptable lodging and dates can be confirmed for you. Upon processing your request, a confirmation letter will be issued via email detailing your lodging, dates and times of check-in and check-out; the date and location of your promotional tour and the gift you are to receive. Your confirmation letter includes a link for directions from your point of departure directly to the resort Welcome Center. We provide customer service to you in advance of your arrival as well as a copy of these Details of Participation in your confirmation. We are here to be of service to you.

Dining Certificates:
Dining certificates with this offer can be redeemed at your choice of Outback Steakhouse or Damon's Restaurant in Gatlinburg. Certificate must be used during this promotional vacation. Gratuities and taxes are not included. No cash value. No change given.

Dollywood Theme Park Passes :
Dollywood Passes, where applicable, are for two adult full day admissions and are given at the completion of the Crown Park Resort preview presentation. Passes must be used during this getaway vacation. The retail value of two Dollywood Passes is $84 plus tax. No cash value.

Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show Passes:
Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede Dinner & Show Passes, where applicable, are for two adult admissions and are given at the completion of the Crown Park Resort preview presentation. Passes must be used during this getaway vacation. The retail value of two Dixie Stampede passes is $74.98 plus tax. Gratuities not included. No cash value.

Outlet Shopping Spree:
Gift Certificates for Outlet Shopping can be redeemed at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Passes must be used during this getaway vacation. The retail value of the Outlet Shopping Gift Certificates depends on offer accepted, up to $75. No cash value. No change is given.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:
This is an advance purchase package valid for arrivals through August 30th, 2008 only and purchase price is not refundable, subject to state of residency cancellation provisions. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must call at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a $99 administrative fee. Only one reschedule allowed.
