To be eligible for this special promotional offer, you (and spouse, if married) must meet the following requirements and attend at least 90 minutes of an informative sales presentation on the benefits of ownership at South Beach Resort. You (and spouse, if married) must have a minimum annual household income of at least $50,000 and be at least 25 years of age. If married, engaged or cohabitating, couples will be required to tour together. Only married couples may combine incomes for the purpose meeting the income requirement. Singles, engaged and cohabitating couples may use one individual's income. Documentation may be required. You must present personal identification such as a driver’s license, photo identification, and a major credit card at time of tour. Due to unique state laws, this program is primarily designed for residents of the following states: Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. The list of states is subject to change. Other state restrictions, terms, and conditions, may apply. Documentation may be required to determine your state of residence, marital status, age and income for the purpose of qualifying for this offer. This offer is not valid in connection with any other promotional offer and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Important Note --- Please Read: In the event you do not attend at least 90 minutes of the sales presentation, or meet the qualifications of the offer upon arrival, the difference between the special package price, if any, and the currently published nightly (rack) rate at that time of your arrival, plus taxes, will be charged to your credit card. Please bring a recent income record for income documentation. You may use a payroll stub or another document.

Accommodations:
Accommodations are provided in a standard hotel room at a nearby Beachfront Preferred Partner Hotel. Preferred Partner Hotels are selected by South Beach Resort and are assigned at time of arrival at the South Beach Resort Welcome Center. Current Preferred Partner Hotels include the Coral Beach Resort, Crown Reef Resort, Springmaid Resort, Sand Castle Resort, Seacrest Resort or the Tropical Seas. Standard value of accommodations is $100.00 per night. Savings and accommodations may vary by season. South Beach Resort reserves the right to substitute accommodations at a hotel of equal or greater value. Reservations are accepted on a space available basis for up to two adults and two children. Vacation package price varies based on season and day of arrival. Current prices range from $29 midweek winter package to $129 weekend summer package. There will be an additional charge of up to $99 for holiday and peak period arrivals. A confirmed written reservation is required for this offer prior to check-in. A reservation security using a major credit card is required for this offer prior to check-in. A photo ID as well as a personal Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card is required at check-in for incidentals during your stay.This offer is made on a space available basis and is non-transferable.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy: By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy. This package may be cancelled within 10 calendar days of your initial booking date without forfeiture of the package price, if any. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you must call at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a $99 administrative fee. You must use your package before October 30th, 2008.

Golf Certificate:
Golf Certificates, where applicable, are issued at the completion of your sales tour and are valid for the number of rounds or dollar value indicated at Myrtlewood Golf Course at tee times provided by South Beach Resort. Retail value $50.00. Taxes, gratuities and cart fees are not included.

Dining Certificate:
Dining Certificates, where applicable, are issued at the completion of your sales tour and are valid at South Beach Resort select restaurant(s). Retail value $50.00. Taxes and gratuities are not included.

Fun Attractions Voucher:
Fun Attractions Vouchers, where applicable, are issued at the completion of your sales tour. Vouchers are currently available for NASCAR Speedpark, Myrtle Waves Water Park or The Pavillion Amusement Park. Retail value $50.00.

Show Tickets for Two:
Vouchers for Two Adult Shows Passes, where applicable, are issued at the completion of your sales tour. Vouchers are currently available for the choice of either Carolina Opry® or Medieval Times®. Tickets must be used at the same show. Retail value $50.00.

Shopping Voucher:
Shopping Vouchers, where applicable, are issued at the completion of your sales tour. Vouchers are currently available for the Grand Coastal Mall or Tanger Outlets. Retail value $50.00.
