No one is excluded from touring Cancun Resort in Las Vegas or purchasing a timeshare.

Eligibility: You must meet the following qualifications to be eligible to purchase this promotional vacation package: If married or cohabitating at a shared residence, either you or your spouse/partner must be between 28 to 70 years old, creditworthy and you have a combined household income of at least $40,000 per year. If single, you must be between 28 to 70 years old, creditworthy, and have an income of at least $50,000 per year. Income verification may be requested. You and your spouse or cohabitating companion must be legal residents of the United States or hold a Permanent Resident Card (Green Card). Identification: This is a non-transferable offer. Two forms of ID and a major credit card will be required at time of accommodations check-in. Married and cohabitating couples must each provide identification showing the same address.

Sales Presentation Required: An informative timeshare sales presentation and tour of the Cancun Resort lasting approximately ninety minutes to two hours, based on interest, is required to receive this promotional offer. There is absolutely no commitment or obligation to purchase anything. Both spouses (or both members of the cohabitating couple) must attend and complete the resort presentation together. Childcare will be available for children while their parents are on tour. Please, no children, guests or pets allowed on the tour.

Vacation Package-Accommodations: This vacation package utilizes standard hotel or suite accommodations at PMR selected Preferred Partner Hotels based on availability as determined by the resort/hotel. Current Preferred Hotels include the Riviera Hotel, Imperial Palace, Tuscany Suites and the Cancun Resort. The Purchase Price includes all taxes and fees related to accommodations (i.e. sales and room taxes) but does not include ground transportation, food, gratuities, or items of a personal or incidental nature. The retail value of this vacation package ranges from $900 to $1,400 depending upon season, accommodation type and package benefits. In the event any package benefit becomes unavailable, PMR will make every effort to replace such package benefit with benefit of comparable value. No more than four (4) people may occupy the accommodations. If you choose to upgrade your vacation package (e.g. additional nights or upgraded accommodations), these charges are not included in the Package Price and will be added to the purchase price. This package must be purchased in advance using a major credit card. Guests are responsible for room damages during their stay. A credit card is required at check-in. A $100 refundable damage and security deposit will be authorized on your credit card on check-in. Security deposit authorization is reversed on check-out and credit appears on your account within 72 hours. This vacation package is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Arrivals are not permitted on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Peak periods, holidays and special or convention periods may not be available or may be subject to surcharge with advance notice. Processing Your Reservation: We are here to be of service to you. All requests for lodging confirmation under this offer must be accompanied by your acknowledgement that you meet and accept the terms and conditions of this offer both on your request form and verbally with one of our representatives. Your request must be accompanied by a major credit card. Your card will only be charged by Pacific Monarch Resorts, Inc. (“PMR”) at the time acceptable lodging can be confirmed. Upon processing your request, a confirmation will be issued via email detailing your lodging, dates and times of check-in and check-out; the date, time and location of your promotional tour and the premium(s) you are to receive. Your confirmation letter includes a link for directions from your point of departure directly to the resort Welcome Center. We provide customer service to you in advance of your arrival as well as a copy of these Details of Participation in your confirmation. PMR is responsible to deliver the accommodations and premium package purchased by the guest or an acceptable substitute of equal or higher value if any of the items in the package cannot be delivered as described due to unavailability, closure or disruption of service.

Privacy: The information you provide will be used to assist in travel planning. It is not given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party for any other purpose without your permission. By submitting a travel request form you authorize Resort Opportunities(tm) to contact you regarding this promotional travel offer. You grant permission to be contacted by email, telephone and regular mail. This permission allows Resort Opportunities to contact you for up to 90 days if your name(s) appear on the US Federal or any state Do Not Call list. The information collected includes all travel request form fields, the url of the page referring you to this site, your IP address and referror indentification. At the time you request reservations for specific travel dates, your travel associated information is provided to Pacific Monarch Resorts, Inc. (“PMR”) to complete your reservations. Pacific Monarch Resorts, Inc. (“PMR”) maintains a separate privacy policy. If you choose not to take advantage of this offer after you submit your travel request form, Resort Opportunities(tm) will comply with your request to not be contacted. This request may be made either by phone, email or regular mail.

Residence: The Cancun Resort in Las Vegas has been qualified for sale in the States of Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, Oregon, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas and Utah. This special promotional getaway sponsored by PMR is currently not available to residents of other states, or Canadian provinces. PMR may add other states in the future. You may be eligible for other offers from Resort Opportunities™ if you do meet the residency requirements for this package. If you do not live in one of the qualified states and would like to be notified when Cancun Resort is qualified in your state or to receive alternate offers, please submit your request and Resort Opportunities™ will notify you if and when you qualify.

Premium Benefits: Vacation package benefits, such as show tickets, slot play gift certificate, and dinner certificates will be delivered at the completion of your sales presentation and Cancun Resort tour.

Dining & Shows Premiums: Tickets for buffet dinner at Sahara Hotel and Casino may be used at any time except for Saturday and Sunday brunches. Mandalay Bay Shark Reef and Mac King Comedy attendance may be on a first-come, first-served basis and PMR reserves the right to substitute tickets of equal or greater value. Some show tickets may require the purchase of beverages at your expense during the performance.

Slot Play Premium: Gaming credits are for use at the Casino Royale and may be used only in certain machines designated as "Promotional Slot Play" machines, which operate only on slot play credits where other coins, tokens and bills are not accepted. When using Promotional Slot Play machines, a guest is issued a voucher for free slot play. This voucher is for play only and cannot be cashed out. Each game has a two-coin maximum bet, multi-denominational from 1-dollar to 5-dollars. When someone hits any single hit of 4000 coins or more they will receive $100.00 in cash. If they hit the top award (depending on denomination and coins played) they will receive an award between $400.00 and $5,000 cash. There are no alternative prizes or payouts.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Shows and Failure to Meet Terms on Arrival: Resort Opportunities™ is your customer service representative for this package. All requests for changes or modifications to this package once confirmed must be made through Resort Opportunities™ by telephone during normal business hours subject to PMR conditions for modifications. Email requests for changes may not be honored as deliverability cannot be gauranteed. Once booked, your accommodations reservation may be rescheduled once for free as long as you notify Resort Opportunities™ at least eight (8) days prior to arrival. Additional changes require a reschedule fee of $49. Your vacation package must be used no later than twelve (12) months following the date of purchase. If you cancel your accommodations reservation less than four (4) days prior to arrival, or fail to check-in on the scheduled arrival date you forfeit the use of the accommodations portion of the package. The Purchase Price is conditioned upon completion of the resort tour. Note: Penalties may Apply: If you cancel your arrival and fail to cancel reservation at least 4 days prior to your scheduled check-in, if you use your accommodations but fail to attend and complete the tour, or if you fail to meet the eligibility requirements upon arrival you will be charged a seasonal daily room rate of $99.00 to $299.00 depending upon room size and you will not receive any included package premiums.

Ineligible: You are not eligible for this offer if you have toured any PMR showroom within the last six months, are current or previous employees of PMR or its affiliates or are current owners or members of any Pacific Monarch Resort, Monarch Grand Vacations, Inc., and/or Platinum Vacation Getaway Members.
