Preview Tour: Attendance at a resort preview tour and sales presentation about Sea of Cortez Premiere Vacation Club lasting approximately 90 minutes is required. Typical presentation is between 90 minutes and two hours. Promotional Offer: This promotional offer includes lodging plus a premium of $50 Premiere Pesos good for $50 US dollars in Dining, Shopping or other Resort Activities. One offer per family or arrival party. Premiere Pesos are issued at the completion of the resort preview tour and sales presentation. Holidays may require a surcharge with prior notification. Not included in this offer are transportation, meals, tickets, taxes, tips, telephone charges or other items of a personal nature. Your driver's license must be presented for identification. Accommodations: Accommodations are at the Sea of Cortez Premiere Vacation Club in an oceanview studio suite for two adults subject to availability and advance reservations. Reservations are first-come, first-served. Alternate accommodations of similar value may be substituted with advance notification. Larger accommodations for families with children may be available on a limited basis at a higher rate. Reservation requests must be accompanied by payment in full on a major credit card. Sorry, debit cards are not accepted. Peak times are extremely limited, so make your reservations early. Certain blackout dates apply. Price does not include transportation, meals and incidentals (hotel taxes, room services, phone charges and gratuities) unless specifically included in the package. Sorry, no pets.

Premium Activities: $50 Premiere Pesos are good for $50 US dollars toward Resort Activities including Dining, Sunset Margarita Cruise or other Activities and are issued at the completion of the vacation ownership presentation. Complete details are available both here and in your Vacation Confirmation sent upon purchase of this promotional package. Premium Certificates are valid only during your promotional getaway. Taxes and gratuities are not included. Premiere Peso certificates have no cash value. No change is given.

Processing Your Request - Lodging Confirmation: All requests for lodging confirmation under this offer must be accompanied by your acknowledgement that you meet the terms and conditions of this offer both on your request form and verbally with one of our representatives. Your request must be accompanied by a major credit card. Your card will only be charged by Premiere Vacation Club by ILX Resorts Incorporated ("ILX Resorts") at the time acceptable lodging can be confirmed. Upon processing your request, a confirmation will be issued via email detailing your lodging, dates and times of check-in and check-out; the date, time and location of your promotional tour and the gift you are to receive. Your confirmation letter includes a link for directions from your point of departure directly to the resort. Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: This is an advance purchase package, and is non-refundable although your arrival may be rescheduled with a minimum of fourteen days advance notice with no penalty. Once purchased, this promotional package is valid for up to one full year. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 14 days prior to arrival or no-show will result in a one night’s room rate charge and loss of any deposits given.
