Eligibility: Guests must be at least 28 years of age, creditworthy, employed or retired. If married or cohabitating, a combined gross annual income of at least $65,000 is required. If single, a personal gross annual income of at least $65,000 is required. Cohabitating couples with photo identification showing identical addresses or other written verification may combine incomes for the purpose of meeting the income requirement. Guests must be credit worthy and not be in active bankruptcy. Income verification may be requested. At check-in and tour, you must present a major credit card and personal identification such as a driver's license, passport or other photo identification verifying all parties live at the same residence. You must be a US citizen(s) and permanent resident(s). A written reservation confirmation is required prior to check-in. One offer allowed per arrival party. No groups or affiliated parties from multiple housholds accepted. Guests who fail to qualify upon arrival will be given the choice of paying full package price for the vacation or forfeiting the package price for one nights accomodation. By accepting this offer you agree to abide by these conditions.

Ineligible: Students, travel agents, employees of Gold Key Resorts, groups from multiple households, persons who have previously participated in a promotional offer sponsored by Gold Key Resorts within the past twelve months, current owners with Gold Key Resorts, those visiting Virginia Beach on any other Promotion, those not meeting the conditions of this offer and those who are unemployed are ineligible with the exception of retired couples meeting all the other conditions of this offer. One offer per arrival party only. Groups and guests from multiple households in an arrival party are not eligible, regardless of the number of requests submitted. Please be aware that both you and your friends or family who attempt to circumvent this provision will be subject to paying the full retail rack rate for your package if you plan your promotional getaways for overlapping times.

Sales Presentation: A 90 minute to two hour presentation on Vacation Ownership (Timesharing) with Gold Key Resorts is required to received this package price and any included premiums or benefits. Married and cohabiting couples must qualify and complete the sales presentation together or guest will be charged full current retail rack rates for your entire stay. Participants traveling with another adult(s) should note that you and all other adults must complete the presentation and tour together. Tour times are scheduled upon arrival at the Gold Key Resort Welcome Center on first come first serve basis.

Vacation Package: This promotional vacation package includes three days and two nights of lodging, hotel taxes and selection of premium. Guests arrive at the Gold Key Resort Welcome Center and are directed to their accommodations. Guests may arrive at the Welcome Center on or after 10AM on day of arrival. Hotel check-in is not guaranteed until 4:00 PM. This offer is valid only during your scheduled arrival date. Not included: This package does not include incidentals, charges for room safes, phone calls, transportation or meals, other than those which may be included as premiums in the package. This offer is not valid in connection or combination with any other promotional offer and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Accommodations: Accommodations include a Standard Hotel Room at one of our beachfront Preferred Partner Hotels located on the Virginia Beach. Our current Preferred Partner Hotels include Ramada on the Beach and the Clarion Beach Quarters Resort, subject to availability. Gold Key Resort reserves the right to substitute accommodations of equal value. Check-in is not guaranteed until 4PM. Gold Key Resort properties at Turtle Cay and Boardwalk Resort are private ownership resorts and are not used for your lodging or for marketing purposes.

Premiums: Guests receive their choice of $50 in Sand Dollars redeemable for $50 at Gold Key Resorts designated local Virginia Beach merchants for Dining, Shopping or a variety of Fun Activities; or a $50 check issued by Gold Key Resorts.

For Residents of ALL STATES OTHER THAN: DC, MD, NC, NJ, PA, and VA:
Gold Key Resorts in Virginia Beach have been qualified for sale in the District of Columbia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia. This special promotional getaway offer is not available to residents of other states, or Canadian provinces. Please submit your request. If you are not eligible, we will notify you of other offers available for residents of your state.

Processing Your Request - Lodging Confirmation:
All requests for lodging confirmation under this offer must be accompanied by your acknowledgement that you meet and accept the terms and conditions of this offer both on your request form and verbally with one of our representatives. Your travel reservation request must be accompanied by payment on a major credit or debit card. Your card will only be charged by Gold Key Resorts at the time acceptable lodging and dates can be confirmed. Upon availability of lodging, Guest authorizes Gold Key Resorts to charge a non-refundable guest payment to your credit or debit card at the time of reservation. Guest agrees to pay this credit card charge in accordance with the Card Issuer Agreement. Upon processing your request, a confirmation will be issued via email detailing your lodging, dates and times of check-in and check-out and the activity premium you selected. Confirmation normally takes approximately 24 hours. We provide customer service to you in advance of your arrival as well as a copy of these Details of Participation in your confirmation. Important Notice: Additional Fees May Apply: Cancellation & Reshedule Policy:
Gold Key Resorts purchases and reserves accommodations for this promotional getaway from third party lodging providers requiring advance purchase at significant expense subsidizing qualified guest travel. By completing a reservation for this package, the guest acknowledges that they accept the conditions of this Cancellation Policy & Reschedule Policy which may require additional payments for cancellation, rescheduling or failure to arrive. Once purchased, this package is non-cancellable and non-refundable, subject only to certain rights granted by the guests' state of residence. This package may be rescheduled a maximum of one time with a minimum of 14 day advance notice from your arrival date to a time within 30 days of your original arrival date only for a minimum reschedule charge of $15 based on availability. Reschedules within five days of the scheduled arrival date are prohibited and result in forfieture of the prepaid package price. Reschedule fee rates vary based on season and guest is advised to confirm the reschedule fee at the time they reschedule. Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date that have not rescheduled six or more days in advance according to the reschedule provision above are charged an additional $59 to the credit account used for the purchase of this package to compensate Gold Key for a portion of the actual cost of their lodging. By submitting a travel request form via the internet, you authorize Resort Opportunities(tm) to contact you regarding this promotional travel offer, provide assistance regarding your interest in the package and take your reservations. You grant permission to be contacted by email, telephone and regular mail. On submitting your request a representative will contact you. The information you provide is used to assist in travel planning. Your information is not given, sold, rented or loaned to any third party for any other purpose without your permission. This information includes all travel request form fields and the url of the page referring you to the offer at www.resortopportunities.com/virginiabeach. At the time you request reservations for specific travel dates, your travel information is provided to Gold Key Resorts to complete this reservation. Gold Key Resorts maintains a separate privacy policy. Upon payment of the package, your credit card information is not transferred by electronic mail or posted on any server. Upon confirmation of your lodging all specific credit card data is completely removed from Resort Opportunities systems although travel related information is maintained for customer service purposes.
